Booking Policy
The short version: give us a little notice and we’ll take care of you.
Our sessions are small, and every seat matters to the group. Thank you for understanding.
Classes & ticketed events
Mahjong 101, Mahjong 102, and anything with a ticket.
More than 72 hours out
Let us know and we’ll move you to another date, or set you up with store credit — whichever you’d prefer.
Inside 72 hours
Including same-day changes and no-shows, we’re not able to offer store credit or a reschedule.
All tickets are final sale
We don’t offer cash refunds or ticket transfers.
Open Play visits
A little more room here — it’s one seat, not a whole class.
More than 24 hours out
Give us a day’s notice and we’ll move your visit to another session, no trouble at all.
Inside 24 hours
Call us. If we can fill the seat we’ll move you — we just can’t promise it.
No-shows
The visit is used. Final sale, same as a ticket.
Members
Jade and Diamond, booking against your monthly sessions.
Cancel ahead
Cancel at least 24 hours before your session and it goes straight back into your allowance.
No-shows
If you don’t make it and haven’t told us, the session comes out of your monthly allowance.
Sessions don’t carry over
Your allowance resets on your billing date each month. We’d rather you come play than bank them.
