These Terms of Service apply to your use of dotdotdarling.com and to memberships, bookings, classes, events, and purchases from Dot Dot Darling, a mahjong play studio in Sewickley, Pennsylvania ("Dot Dot Darling," "we," "us"). By using our website or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Memberships
Memberships renew automatically each month on your billing date until you cancel. Your membership includes the number of play sessions listed for your tier, and your session count resets on each billing date. Membership benefits are for the member only and cannot be transferred or shared.

2. Billing and Cancellation
Membership fees are charged to your payment method on file on each billing date. You can cancel anytime from the My Membership page on our website or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges; your benefits continue until the end of your current billing period. Membership fees already charged are not refunded unless required by law.

3. Bookings, Classes, and Events
Open play sessions, classes, and events are booked through our website. Please arrive on time. If you need to reschedule or cancel a booking, contact us as soon as possible. We may change or cancel a session, class, or event if needed, and will offer you a new date or a refund if we do.

4. Studio Conduct
Please treat other players, guests, and staff with respect and take care of the tiles, tables, and space. We may refuse service or end a membership for behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to others.

5. Purchases
Prices and availability on our website may change without notice. If there is an error in a price or listing, we may cancel the order and refund you.

6. SMS Terms
Dot Dot Darling offers membership billing reminder texts to members who opt in on our website. You will receive about 1 message per month. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also contact us at [studio email] for support. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 7. Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability
You play and visit the studio at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dot Dot Darling is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages, or for lost or damaged personal belongings. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the month before the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continuing to use our website or services after changes are posted means you accept them.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
